Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We sadly took our elderly doggie to be euthanised. All the staff were so kind and caring towards us and our doggie. It was a very peaceful dignified end for her. I was aware that other vets charged approximately £220 to euthanise a small dog but the cost here was £120. Thanks again to the staff!

The vet was extremely thorough and explained everything she was doing in detail. Our dog usually shakes with nerves through his visit to the vets but he didn’t this time, which is a first and if our dog is calmer then so are we.

I’ve used a few different vets over the years, but after moving to Macclesfield veterinary practice, I can’t imagine moving to any other vets, the longer appointments are great, I don’t feel rushed and the vets and nurses are really knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions, I have asked a lot of questions and even after I asked them loads, they ask me if I have any other questions and if I think of anything later, I can message them. They have always made me feel like they want the best for my dog, and although it is a business, I’ve always felt that their priority is my dog and my understanding of any problems, including providing different options on care, so that I feel included in the process, they provide the facts and advice, and help you to choose the best treatment for your pet. Love this vets.

Recently had to take our beloved old British Shorthair, Charlie (17yo) for tests due to failing health & unfortunately we had to put him to sleep. The vet and all the staff were absolutely amazing at such a difficult time for us. Everything was handled with the utmost care and respect.
