We know emergencies can happen at any time and any hour and they are always stressful events. There is nothing more stressful than a middle of the night emergency or a bank holiday when we are closed.

As such, we have teamed up with an independent out-of-hours provider, Emergency Home Vet, to look after you and your pets when we are closed.

If you need any advice, their skilled team of nurses are on hand to help over the phone. If your pet needs veterinary care, they will send a veterinary surgeon right to your door, minimising your stress and travel during the difficult time! That’s right, the vet comes to you!

If it is assessed that your pet needs to be taken to a veterinary hospital, or that their condition is more serious than can be treated in your home, we have also teamed up with Vets Now to ensure you have a hospital on hand if needed.

All you need to do, is call our normal number and we will divert you straight to the help you need.
